If you were in elementary or junior high school in the 90’s, then you most likely sat at one of these desks. Though this time around you don’t have to share it with a desk partner. The adjustable height and divided shelf under the desktop are perfect for keeping things tidy and surfaces open in either a kid’s room or as a personal workspace. I chose Pantone’s Golden Rod for the color of the base, and brought a bit of contrast with a ribbon mahogany, solid Sapele, for the desktop. While still keeping the original rounded edge on all four corners, a touch of style was added by slightly tapering them.
